Our accounting firm was founded in the mid 1970’s by John Johnson, who was later joined by David Hagen, a long-time CPA. Jim Sampair joined the firm in 2007 and oversaw its move from its original Roseville, MN location to our current home. Since the beginning, we sought to provide personalized attention with our accounting, payroll, QuickBooks, tax & estate planning work. There are currently eight employees with over 100 years of experience to help serve our clients.

As a CPA firm we offer all types of accounting services, from basic bookkeeping to Estate tax preparation and planning.  If we can’t perform the work, we maintain a large network of professionals to refer you to including attorneys, investment professionals, and even larger CPA firms to handle the most complex issues that might be out of our range of expertise. Our number one goal is to do what’s right for the client. Our payroll and QuickBooks services are tailored to the client’s needs. Some clients prefer to do some of the work themselves; others want us to do “it all”. We can accommodate either. Think of us as your keyhole to all financial services and advice.
