Free Money!!! Did your accountant tell you this...

The last few sole proprietors and LLC's we've talked to were competely in the dark about certain COMMON tax savings strategies.  It leads us to believe that their accountants/tax advisors aren't really advising.  They don't charge much, you just pay much more in taxes.  Remember, nothing is Free (EXCEPT our initial consultation), and usually get what you pay for.  At Zabel Sampair we work hard to earn our fee and to put more money in your pocket.

If you are an LLC, should you be an S-Corp?  Answer this question:  Do you like to pay more taxes or less?  An LLC has its advantages especially if your net income is less than $25K or if it is the owner of real estate or other appreciable property, so it might not be right for you.   However, lets say you make over $100K in net income and are operating as an LLC.  You might be over paying taxes by almost $10,000.  That's money that should be in your pocket.  I just talked to a business owner who's accountant has never even mentioned the term S-Corp to him, but she's affordable?

In the past day I've met two business owners that have paid more than their fair share for several years.  Hey, John Edwards and Newt Gingrich took advantage of the S-Corp, why don't you?

Sole proprietors, do you have kids under 18 that work for you?   Did you know you might not have to pay certain taxes if your kids are working for you?  Save big money, hire your kids.  There are some rules that apply, but you can easily save a nice vacations worth of money by employing your children.  Better yet, should you be and S-Corp?

Stop paying more than your fair share.  Call us to find out more.  651-605-2301
